As of March 28, 2011, FLSC executive passed a motion to approve the purchase of a Le Bel On ice harness system and one Le Bel off ice system, pending safety approval by North Cowichan and an engineer.
This approval is also pending satisfactory estimates for travel expenses for Marc Le Bel to travel to Chemainus to install the harnesses.
The harness will be installed at Fuller Lake Arena
